Welcome To Gone Coastal!
We are very happy you have decided to stay with us. Our friends and family have many memories here and we are excited to share our beach condo with you and your friends and family as well.
We hope you enjoy your stay at the condo, have lots of sunshine, and make lots of memories!
Included in the following pages you will find information on the condo, rules we ask that you follow while here, and things to do while you visit Pensacola Beach.

We’ll get to the fun part after we review the rules.
In order to keep our house available for future guests we ask that you please respect our rules:
- Check-In: 3:00PM / Check-Out: 10:00AM
- The owners do use this condo for them and their family vacations and we ask that you care for it accordingly.
- No smoking (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, marijuana, etc.).
- No pets allowed. We love furry fellows but the condo association does not allow pets for renters.
- No loud music or parties. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Please respect our wonderful neighbors by keeping ruckus to a minimum, respect the local noise ordinance of 10pm. Many of the neighbors live here full time and will call the police if rules are not followed. If a police report is made, you will be forfeiting the remainder of your stay and be asked to leave. The great news is you won't need to miss out on any fun. In Pensacola Beach the bars stay open late-night and you are sure to find as much fun as you'd like.
- If you use the beach toys and chairs, please rinse with the hose downstairs prior to returning them to their storage place.
- Please shake out all sand from towels outside before returning them to the condo. Excess sand in the washer will clog the pump and disable the washer.
- After using games, please return all pieces to their boxes but back in place.
- No outside overnight Guests (other than pre-approved guests).
- Do not download any unlawful content from the internet while using the wifi provided by the Homeowner.

- AC when cooling should not be set below 72 and when heating not above 78. Doors should be kept shut at all times.
- For Parking, please ensure your vehicle is pulled all the way into the covered parking spaces or use the additional community parking in the middle of the complex.
- The locked closet by the front bedroom and back closet in the master bedroom are off limits, please do not try to open.
- Refunds cannot be provided due to cancelled or delayed flights.
- Liability: People other than those in the Guest Party originally referenced in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest who made the reservation. Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the Guest is expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
The Pool:
- No Diving
- Call 911 in Case of Emergency
- No horseplay, no loud or disruptive behavior, no running, no pushing, and no dunking.
- Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- No Lifeguard on Duty
- No Food or Drink In Pool and No Glass Allowed In or Near Pool
- Pool Hours 8am to 10pm (Please respect our neighbors and families that call Pensacola Beach Home)
- Keep Gates closed and latched at all times

The Nitty Gritty for Gone Coastal!
TVs:
- The TVs throughout the condo are smart Vizio TVs
- You can log into streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc
- Please logout of your accounts prior to departure to protect your privacy. We will not be held responsible for future guests making purchases under your account.
- If you find a former guest account logged in please do not make purchases prior to switching to your account.
- To view regular "Cable" channels, use the input button on the remote to scroll over to the input showing "1-" (following the 1- will be the current channel number)
- If the input simply shows "TV" or the screen shows "No Signal" you may have to search for the channels before you can get a signal.
- Press the menu button on the VIZIO remote.
- Use the arrow keys on the remote to highlight Channels, then press the OK key.
- Use the arrow keys to highlight Find Channels, then press the OK key.
- TV will now run a channel scan to find all of the channels being sent to it.
AC and Heating:
- Thermostat is located in the hallway by the front door.
- To adjust the thermostat, press the "Mode" button until the displays shows Cool or Heat, then the up and down arrows to the desired temperature.
- Use the mode button to select "Permanent Hold" setting.
- Cooling should never be set below 72 degrees as it can cause the unit to freeze.
- Do not leave doors or windows open while AC is running.
- Heating should not be set above 76 degrees.
Kitchen:
- Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
- The kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils. Please return items to their proper place when you are done using them.
- Please dispose of fish or any other items that have strong odors, in the outside dumpsters.
- Use the stove top fan while cooking.
- Do not remove batteries from smoke detectors.
Extra Linens:
- For the pullout sofa bed, there are linens located in the plastic bin in the 2nd bedroom closet on the top shelf
- There are extra towels under the sinks in each bathroom or in the over toilet cabinet in the master bathroom.
- Beach towels are located in the closet by the master bedroom.
- We ask that you be mindful of our housekeeping team and only use what you need. This also helps us to prepare for the next guests.
- Beach towels used should be washed and placed in the dryer on a dry cycle prior to departure.
Washer & Dryer:
- Please shake out all sand from towels outside before returning them to the condo. Excess sand in the washer will clog the pump and disable the washer.
- Please clean out the lint filter, located on the backside of the door to the dryer, prior to starting a dry cycle.

Everyone’s Least Favorite Time….
All good things must come to an end, we ask that you help us prepare for our next guests to make some awesome memories as we hope you have.
Check Out:
- Check out time is 10:00am
- Please remove all trash from the condo and take to the dumpster downstairs at the end of the parking lot..
- Load all dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle.
- Please wash any beach towels used and place them in the dryer and run. It is not necessary to wash other linens or bath towels.
- Return all furniture to its proper place, including patio furniture.
- Adjust AC to 76 degrees Fahrenheit on Cool in the summer. Adjust heat to 68 degrees Fahrenheit on Heat in the winter.
- Rinse and place all beach toys and chairs back in storage place
- If you can kindly advise us when you depart, it helps greatly for our cleaning team to plan accordingly. You can message us through the portal you booked with or send us a text message.
We hate to be the bad guy but if the condo is left overly messy, furniture is not in its proper place, or checkout tasks are not followed, we will have to make additional charges to you. Our housekeeping team is awesome and they work very hard. We ask that you respect them and help them prepare the house for our next guests by following our rules.
